What type of lock is in your device exactly? User (Phone) or SIM lock?

its a privacy lock like if we try to access file manager, contacts, IMAGES its asking lock code ....

kindly guide me how to do.

i tried support area there is no file in this model

Reset User (Phone) code and Write firmware is currently not supported for this device. You can try to make Repair EEPROM and then Repair IMEIs, BT and Wi-Fi ad*******, maybe this will help to reset User (Phone) code. We will try to add Read User (Phone) code in one of the future Software updates.

You can try to make Repair EEPROM and then Repair IMEIs, BT and Wi-Fi. We are not sure this will help to reset code, but You can try to do this for your own risk. Currently no another solution. We will try to add Read User (Phone) code in one of the future Software updates.

its not helping out ....

I tried all the ways which u told. Still the problem is same ...
