Lg V10 H900 unfortunately setting has stopped

Lg V10 H900 when i open security setting it says unfortunately setting has stopped.
And when i download and uninstall any application the phone restarts.
Flashed with latest F.w but same.also hard reset but same

If even after writing firmware the problem is still remains, most likely, device has HW problem(s).

Sir i have two phones 1 is lg g4 and 2nd lg v10 both have same problem when i setup screen lock it says unfotunately lock screen setting has stopped and i think this is not h.w problem

Here is the problem with two phones one is G4 and 2nd is V10.
flashed and hard reset couple times but same.
