it took me to the main screen asking if I wanted to use Easy Home or regular Home screen, i went with regular, i doubled checked the back up to make sure it was disabled and no accounts where on it and after doing a hard reset it no longer has the Google Lock on it, seems to be doing alright now skipping the New User stuff and locks.
