LG V20 F800S Report Stolen

I got a LG V20 Korean F800S, it stuck in the Orange screen with a sad phone face, and an option for contact owner or emergency call.

How to reset this with Octoplus ?
I already try to factory reset, and also Reflash Firmware.

Hello.

If You can put the device into Emergency Mode manually, then try to perform "Read Full Flash" operation, after send us the file, we will research it.
