What was the problem with your phone before? Why You have decided to write/update firmware? What was firmware version in the phone before updating firmware? What firmware You have written exactly? Please post here full Software log with all of your actions with the phone.

phone ok before update . i update my phone with wifi then phone touch problem i flash phone this firmware VS98039A_05 .oct but same problem i again flash this firmware VS98028A_06.oct but same problem need help plzzz

Try to reflash the phone with original firmware and flashing tool.
