LG VS985 can't connect


I have a VS985 Android 5.1.1

I want unlock but I couldn't connect.

there's no menu for PC Connection...Plz help

To connect the phone in normal mode you need: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Internet connection" and select "Modem";

Hello.

Please install required drivers and restart PC.
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe,
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe .

Try to connect the phone again, after drivers installation, without changes in "PC connection" menu if it is missing. Also, select "Charge only" connection option, when You connect the phone to PC.

Please, make sure that You Enable USB Debugging in the phone's menu, then select "Charge only" connection option, when You connect the phone to PC, after try to perform operation which You need, post here result.

Please, install the Software latest Software version, select correct phone model, press Cable & Manual button and read software manual carefully.

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, perform following steps:

Type ##7764726 and press "Call" button;
Input Serivice Code ("000000");
Go to "W2BI - TEST SETTING" and select "W2BI SETTING ENABLE";
Go to "Port check test" and select "Enable".
