Please, describe your problem more detail. If You can put the phone into Emergency (Download) mode manually You can try to reflash the phone with correct firmware for D800 phone model.

Unfortunately, for this phone model D800 Dead boot repair operation isn't supported via Medusa Software, we will try to add support in future updates, You can try to restore the phone with another supported JTAG Software.
