You don't need to upload logs, just copy and past here log from the "Log window" in Software or post here Software log from "Log" file

please i am new here in making post, so try to be little precise in your indications. I tried to copy but it can't paste here and i looked for "log window" can't find any. As i said i am new, i may lack experence so please once more direct me with precise thanks.
