LG X430EMW AND X420EMW all LG phones hang on the logos and I lost 200credit on the two telephones I don't know how to fix

I downloaded install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.0.1.02_lite.exe
but no credit for unlocked yet. if i pay the credit and i unlock one more liver i will lose the credit there?
