To perform "Write QCN" operation, do the next:
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
2. Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable;
3. Press "Write QCN";
4. Follow software instructions (prompts).

Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").
