Hello.

Reset FRP operation is currently not supported for the latest firmware, which is in your device (LGH860AT-00-V10i-TWN-XX-OCT-18-2016+0). We work on new Reset FRP method. As soon as solution will be ready, we will release it.

Please, download and install test Software version form the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/) then repeat operation which You need again, post here full Software log.
