Unfortunately, for this phone model K520dy firmware isn't available at the Support Area, we will try to find it and upload to the Support Area, if You can get the firmware for this phone, You can convert firmware via Octoplus LG Tool( Firwmare convertor button in Software) into *.oct file format that You can reflash the phone.

You can try to read firmware from another working phone, but please don't write firmware for the k520 phone model.

You can try to reflash your device with V10d firmware version in *.kdz file format, but we haven't test it, only at your own risk. First You need to post Software log of Rest FRP operation. Please, don't upgrade/downgrade firmware version, if it is not necessary.
