Hello.
Try to make "Repair EEPROM", try to use other SIM cards, try to search and select network manually.

Done, i restore the original EEPROM was made by the software but, the phone no longer gave me signal, i was request the code by server and the phone was unlocked, then i test it and just is in ''searching'' or ''no service'' IMEI is fine. I don't understand why doesn't work, the variants like P769 and P768g works perfectly but this.... i hope you team work about this MS769. any other suggest to check it out in this phone? the phone is no longer in my hans but i can try again when the solution is safe

Same problem here. Phone doesnt pick up signal after IMEI repair. Mobile network is greyed out and cannot be selected. If i power the phone on without any sim card it picks up signal bars, i tried 10 sim cards and all of them stays on Searching....

@ maakaroun

1. Post here full Software log with that Repair IMEI operation.
2. Install the latest Software version (Software).
3. Make Repair EEPROM.
4. Make Unlock.
5. Perform the Repair IMEI operation.
6. Insert SIM card, re-start the phone, wait 3-5 minutes and try to search and select network manually.
7. Post here full Software log with all of these actions and say the result.

Also, try to re-flash the phone with the firmwares from the Support Area.

LG P990 cable with 56 kOms resistor (sold separately) for octopus/octoplus LG. You can made by yourself soldering that resistor or buy it in GSMServer store.
