adb not recognize by pc after root to unlock by octoplus
any solutions and yes all drivers are installed

Hello.

Software can't find/detect ADB device. Are You sure You have enabled ADB and installed proper driver? Please make photo of Windows Device Manger with ADB device, which appears on this stage:

I’m having problem to enable diag port it asks for service code, is there any way to enable it?

What service code do You mean exactly? Please make photo of phone's screen with code request and post it here, we will check.

I don’t have the phone , when i input the hidden code to enable diag port asks for Service Code.
