LS675 loses signal in APN settings


Hello
The LS675 is Boost, did the whole process well recognized GSM network.
Now when I enter the APN setting loses the signal and I have to repeat the process.
How can I solve this problem ?

Hello.

Please, try to perform Repair Network operation, then check for network and for data network, post here result and Software log.

Please, perform Factory Reset via phone's menut, after install the latest Software version after perform Repair Network operation again.
