Hello.

First of all You are using not actual Software version 2.9.3.

Second, your device is M150, but for some reason You are selecting M150AT?

Please, repeat Unlock operation for M150 with "Skip Read/Write QCN" option during Unlock operation, after post here full Software log.

Hello.

Please download and install latest test software version 2.9.5.06 from the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/), then try to connect the phone into another USB post from your motherboard and repeat the Unlock operation once again, post here log.

First of all You are using not actual Software version 2.9.3. Second, your device is M150, but for some reason You are selecting M150AT? Please, repeat Unlock operation for M150 with "Skip Read/Write QCN" option during Unlock operation, after post here full Software log.
