Aslo, try to make Factory data reset/ Wipe data: 1. Turn off the device (reconnect battery). 2. Press and hold "Volume-" key and "Power" key for a few seconds. 3. Release "Power" key only when LG logo appears and keep pressing "Volume-" key and then press "Power" key one more. 4. Release all keys when Factory mode appears. 5. Use Volume keys to select "Yes". 6. Press "Power" key to Confirm factory data reset. | |
