Hi, read EEP back-up store it on your PC, then write the attached file "Older MODEM" into your phone, then repeat the operation.

Check Whether volume-up button is normally functionning. Try to hold it firmly and apply some pressure "V+" while plugging the USB.
And did you try ADB command "Reboot download"

Volume buttons is 100% ok also try with adb command but not go to download mode

got this error

Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and may not work properly

This message appears, because Software makes some changes in phone's system
Try to hard reset via Combination Buttons, While holding the Volume down key, press and hold the Power key.
Reparing network generally fixes the Error message, but yyour phone's verison is ZV9 which is not supported by the Octo soft according to the log.

Sorry, you have to go for repair network oepration via ADB inorder to fix the error message, it's supported for ZV3 and ZV4. i hope the team will come up with a sollution for ZV9 sooner enough.

pleas i have the sam probleme with lg ls755 zv9 cant enter in dowload mode and only sim not valid and when iwil enter in download mode it say yor devise is crrupted ..................

Unfortunately, if the device doesn't go into Download (Emergency) Mode, there is no solution at the moment for such devices.

Try to use 910k cabel for download mode.
