If the device was working with this SIM card, why You have decided to perform the "Unlock" operation?

If device accepts SIM card after unlocking, this means, that "Unlock" operation perfromed successfully. To fix network, try to find/read out QCN from the same device with active network and write it into your device. Also maybe the problme is with firmware. Try to find and write higher firmware version and check network.
