Hi, I unlocked ls770zve and work perfectly but I can't app apn, please help

Can I add apn or downgrade firmware to zv9????

Hello.

If You will try to downgrade phone's firmware version, You may damage your device. Please, read Software manual attentive:

Open Hidden Menu
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
2. Go to "Settings" -> "About phone" -> "Software information";
3. Click on Build number 5 times;
4. Enable USB debugging ("Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB Debugging");
5. Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable;
6. Install necessary driver;
7. Click "Open Hidden Menu" button;
8. Follow software instructions (prompts).

Note: To add APN, perform following steps:

Go to "IOT(CDG2)" -> "LTE Setting" -> "APN Setting";
Press and hold "Recent Apps / Settings" button, then select "New APN"

I used IOT and get apn setting,,, I can view it but can't add new one

Unfortunately, no solution at the moment for ZVE firmware. You can try to do "Repair Network".
