Please, try to reflash the phone with different firmwares for LS980 phone model.

i fixed probleme touch screen & baseband and reboot with this version LS980ZVE_03.51102.oct
but problem tenwork sevice disabled i see in forum
this problem can be fixed with LS980ZV8_13.51097.oct
now touch screnn not work and reboot

I hve perfect Sulution some time i hve same condtion and i solve this after three days

But I AM Happy i solve
Fisrt check Mobile Model then remove back covery and check corect model
then flash after flash signal dissable problem or any other
then try step by step
1: root phone
2: then Install Autorecovery.apk
3: And Use this Rom Cloudy G2_2.2

Your Problem Solve This Suplution Tested Don't Ignore
