LS990 Dead after Flashing

after following the instructions for the Kill Switch, i flash the device and it tells me it was succssful at flashing but then it just stays on the LG Logo for hours and feels like it's over heating, I remove the battery and try a hardware reset but doesn't take me to the menu but shows me the android logo then back to LG and doesn't get past it. I try again with Flashing it, it works once again but then it will show the LG Logo and small white letters saying something about fastboot then the screen will go black with the LED light flashing between blue and red with nothing happening to the phone. I do not know what I did wrong here, I did one before and it work fine but when I did it to a second one it suddenly does that.

Most likely your boot area is damaged, You can try to repair your device with Medusa Pro Software via eMMC.

are there any instructions on doing that? I'll be honest, I only just use Octoplus for flashing and unlocking so I really wouldn't know how to do that.
