Try to re-flash the phone with another firmware file from the Support Area (ZV5 or higher versions).

Just flashed one with ZV8 Firmware and working well!

Try to put the phone into Download Mode (DM) and write another firmware. If the phone doesn't go into DM, You should try to repair phone's boot loaders.
