ls991 google account lock

Hi support,

how can we repair ls991 with google id lock?

I have tried with lock screen/frp lock button but can't activate the phone
to enable usb debugging..

any hint?

Hello.

Try to do the next:
1. Install the following drivers:
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe,
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe
2. Put the phone into Emergency/Mode manually:
Power phone OFF, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect the phone directly to PC via USB cable.
3. Press "Reset Screen/FRP Lock" button.

Post here result and full Software log of the operation.

thanks for help it worked like charm..

now i have other problem, I want to unlock it..
I install drivers,press unlock button and when it request me to dial ##3424# and choose enable diag port nothing happenes..

i can't continue to unlock the phone

Which devices appear in PC Device Manager, when You connect the phone directly to PC, after You enabled Diag port in ##3424# menu?

in ADB devices it appears Android Composite ADB Interface if it's that what you are asking for..

There is no other device..

support I have tried to unlock the phone on brand new never used PC, installed latest LG suite and drivers from cable&manuals and phone still stucks on enable diag option although it's enabled even before I click Unlock button
