LS991 unlock problem - GSM-Forum

Can you please tell me is it possible that previous sw version made some problems during unlock procedure of LS991? I unlocked it and after that phone won't turn on randomly, restarts, camera started to crash then can't be opened at all (camera has stopped)... I tried to restore all the backups sw made before unlock but situation is the same. SW version in the phone was ZV5, i flashed ZV6 with octoplus and ZV9 with LGUP but nothing helps. Changed the camera but problem remains. Phone was new so i'm almost sure it isn't hardware problem. Can't even access 3845#*991# menu like on the other LG's, probably they've changed that code...

Really great support so far. 40 days no answer. Even the second one LS991 unlocked with octopus came back with problems. Phone cant even turn on now. They were both new before unlock and i made all possible backups before unlock. Now one phone cant even turn on and the other one is stuck at LG logo. No hardware damage. Phone can be flashed thru download mode but neither ZV6 neither ZV9 solves the problem. So the question is:
Can i restore the phones to previous condition (before unlock) and how?
