update, nevermind, i just switch the USB Connection from MTP to Charging only and then it work after dialing ##3424#

another update, while the software stated that it was unlocked, when I put a T-Mobile SIM card into the phone it appears as Invalid.

Please check that there is no firewall, antivirus or scanning software enabled that would be contributing to this.
Try to install the Software on another, clean (with only necessary drivers) PC.

thing is this worked before even with anti-virus and firewall enabled on a windows 7 PC, I will try on a Windows XP machine in a bit and give you an update.

update, not it is still not unlocked, while octoplus states the unlocking was successful the phone still states that the SIM card is INVALID.
