LS992 Write Frameware failed..,please Help me! - GSM-Forum

I backuped up the firmware with Octopus though Read Fireware,then I choose Write Firmware to restore ,it shows failed as below:

But I even can not flash it to the phone which I have backuped.

We have prepared test Software version for You. Please download and install it form the Support Area ("LG/TEST SOFTWARE" folder), then You can try to perform Write Firmware operation. Note again, You can damage your device, so write firmware only at your own risk.
