As can You see from the Software log:

Unlock operation is currently not supported for your phone's firmware.

But You can try to Unlock your phone by writing the specific firmware LS993ZVA_to_AS99310c_for_unlock, LS993 will be detected as AS993 and will be unlocked.

The specific firmware can be downloaded from the folder “lg/for unlock and repair/” in the Support Area.

LS993ZVA_to_AS99310c did not work, LS993ZVA_to_H87315d did work. Phone is unlocked , working on LTE for T-Mobile in the USA.

why can't download nothing from server ?

What is the problem with downloading exactly? Also where are You from? Probably some necessary ports are closed by your ISP.
