Hello.

You use too old Software version. Please install the latest Software version (here is direct link for You: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1TD...TFka8ZtC9Vpr42) and repeat the "Unlock" operation again. Post here the result.

Yes, "Unlock" operation for v20x firmwares is server based and require 50 Octoplus Server Credits.
