Hi, got problem when trying to unlock, tried hard reset, nothing changed:

Hi.

Do the next:

1. Put the phone into Download (Emergency) Mode manually.
2. Read security backup ("Read security" button).
3. Reboot the device, put in Download Mode again and do "Reset security" with enabled "Skip QCN..." option.
4. Turn on the phone an try to write QCN backup "M200N_35496508..._05-07-2018_20-47-39.qcn".
5. Post here full Software log with all of these operations.
