MS500, Error when repairing IMEI - GSM-Forum

Please assist me in solving this error.

just perform master reset on phone and try again all will be ok

Re booting phone corrected the error. IMEI status shows that it's fixed, but it's not. It still shows IMEI/null

Try to make Repair Security and re-flash the phone with the firmwares for MS500 from the Support Area.
