My smart card wont update [Solved] - GSM-Forum

I tried to update my smart card since i struggle with those box... few customers waiting for me to fixing those issues...

1. My laptop keeping said Can't recognized the device even i did plug it in and checked "My Computer" and i able to view the files while in Octoplus software cant find that device.... NEED HELP with that...

2. I tried to update my smart card but somehow it said max updates which i cannot update... What did I do? NEED HELP WITH THAT

Please response as soon as possible because some of customers waiting for me to do with their device.
