hello sir after downloding file h635 via are supporte i but the phone into Emergency mode after 5 or 10 second done something strong size \files 2,324,001 KB when click to write firmware no writing just reading any help please

sir after downlaod the firmware, i converted and flash it's ok firmware flashed 100% but the same problem when turn on showed LG logo and restart LG logo and restart i try to hard reset via volume key the same whats u think the problem the phone it's new after imboxing into 2 day the problem showed and thanks u alot cause u help me
