NEED HELP with D820 for repair the imei


I tried to fix the imei but somehow the software said failed due cant see the device... I need help...

Please do the next:
1. Reinstall "LG United Mobile Driver v 3.8.1" and "LG Android ADB Driver" drivers.
2. Disconnect the phone and all third-party devices from PС.
3. Enable USB debugging in the phone ("Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB Debugging");
3. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation (You should accept all software requests on phone's screen, so, be attentive).
4. Carefully follow Software instructions.

Also note:
Quote:
After performing Unlock or Repair IMEI operations for D820 and D821,
3G network will become unavailable (2G networks will still work).
At the moment developers are working on the solution on how to activate 3G.

If you wish to return your device to the previous state, before it was unlocked
or had IMEI repaired, just write first security and NVM backups to the device.

Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone, turn ON USB Debugging Mode in the phone, install LG Android ADB drivers, and connect the device again.

To enable USB Debugging Mode, please perform the following steps:

1. Disconnect the cable.
2. Install LG Android ADB drivers.
3. Go to "Settings" -> "About phone" -> "Software information"
4. Click on Build number 5 times.
5. Enable "Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB debugging" option.
6. Connect the cable and check, whether ADB interface has appeared in PC Device Manager.
