need newer firmware for h818p [vibrate only after flash]

hi octoplus team , plz we need a newer firmware for h818p ,the device vibrate and show a litle light on the screen after flash with the available file in the support
and here is another request :

According to the Software log: You are downgrade the firmware version from V10I to V10c, downgrade for all G4 phone's will brick it. We will try to add support for Medusa Pro Software via Dead Boot Repair operation in future updates.

Unfortunately, for this phone model H818P any other firmwares aren't available at the Support Area, we will try to find them and upload to the Support Area, if You can get the firmware for this phone, You can convert firmware via Octoplus LG Tool( Firwmare convertor button in Software) into *.oct file format that You can reflash the phone.

According to the Software log, You downgrade firmware version from V10L to V10k. Can You put the phone into Download mode, manually?
