As You can see from your Software log, your device is connected in Fastboot Mode, not in Normal Mode:

now mobile was on cwm menu.. i did reboot but hang on logo .. did wiped .. but still on logo

Try to make Factory data reset. If this will not help, try to re-flash the phone and repeat operation again.

i think after root i should be on stock recovery.. can you provide it..

Problem solved.. downgrade to 4.4.3
no root no cwm(octopas will do it).. just disable antivirus (in case of exploit detection as virus)
repair ime.. follow instructions as given..
after repair is done.. do not insert sim card other wise it will keep rebooting for network..
just press repair 3g 4g button.. nd you are done..
