Hi team after a ota update to 4.3 my phone loop brick .ihave reflash with a 4.2.1 by octopus box firmware by support but imei unknow and baseband unknow ...i have update with LGE960AT-00-V10e-NXS-DEC-17-2013-KOT49H-USER+0.oct but loop ...not start up.. i have make a wipe reset but still same .....i have flash a 4.2.1 and i have repair nvm ...security ...reset sicurity ... repair imei but nothing ..... Please help me (my phone lge960 black 16gb US)

Hello.

Try to re-flash the phone with another firmwares from Support Area.
Also You can try to re-flash the phone with "Nexus 5 Root Software", which can be downloaded from Support Area.

Team not have a solution????? it's a software bug ....with 4.2.2 the phone start up but no imei and baseband but in download mode i can read imei and baseband with octopus ??? Any help?

It is not a Software bug, since phone was damaged by OTA update, not by Software.

Please do the next:
1. Re-flash the phone with firmware that allows to turn on the phone.
2. Make "Reset Security".
3. Make "Factory Reset".
4. Make "Repair NVM".

Post here results and Software log of all performed operations.

but it's normal??? i must put the phone in download mode (emergency mode) for dialog with box.... (i have instaLLED ALL DRIVER FOR LG AND I HAVE CHANGE PC)
