MP260 - added Unlock via server (without erasing/wiping data, need root)

Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next:

Select "File transfer" mode in "Use USB connection for" window, then press "Always";
Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*260# or 3845*#260#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
