Why is the write firmware function disabled for some models? And on the website says it supports writing the model's firmware.
I can not post pictures yet, so there is no image. But an example of the model is the LG A100, but has other models also with the write firmware option disabled.

I know this is not the place, but for some models of samsung, this problem also occurs.

Hello.

You can find the list of supported models and operations for these models here: Supported Models

LG A100 is Infineon-based phone. "Write Firmware" and other operations will be available/active after You connect the phone.
