pls help how to connect kh1200 phone to octopus box, I am new for octopus

give me step by step to connect to box kh1200

Hello.
Please connect your phone to PC via KH1200 USB cable, install drivers http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/..._4.9.4_All.exe and press "Read phone info" button.

I tried but not connected hear LOGs

when I connect phone my pc not asking any divers always see usb not rec'nized, any solutions

Most likely, USB controller in your phone is damaged.
