Octoplus Mod Please help [Solved]

Mod,
Please help me with this problem:

I tried to use Octoplus LG to write the LG's Stock firmware back to the LG-E980 but I can not put the phone into download mode.

I followed many instructions online and none of them work yet. Any idea how to do get it into the download mode?

Thanks for your help!

By the way, the customer installed "TWRP" with custom rom. It happened after I tried to remove the custom rom before reinstall the stock firmware.

Hello.

To put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode, disconnect the cable, power the phone off, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable. Try to repeat this procedure several times.

Also, connect the phone in Normal Mode, read phone's info and post here full Software log with this info.

Mod,
Thanks so much for your help, I was able to get it into the DOWNLOAD mode and used LG Flash Tool to flash it back with the stock firmware.
Cheers!
