What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it?

the phone was stuck on the logo....

and the flash file totly tested becoz ..i've already flash the phone b4 on this rom

Please, try to reflash the phone with another firmware, if problem still remain, try to reflash the phone with original flasher.
