Hello, i've the same problem, but only in OCTOPUS/PLUS LG SW V.1.1.8, yersterday have downloaded this new update from the Link of mediafire becouse the Downloder was not working and in Support Download setup.exe was be detect Virus.

Have installed this v.1.1.8 then open the SW have request for "Update Card", (the card was be updatate 4 hours first w/o problem from SUITE/SHELL), and have update my card, the Sw open and i start whith one LG U900 (old qualcomm), all was working good when for unlock it the SW requiere 1 File from Support Area for write, all ok, have downloaded this file.

My surprise have find when i want re-open OCTOPUS/PLUS LG SW V.1.1.8, it requiere the Update card, done, but sw not open, at this point i go to see the LOF file of these Updates Card, i can see that counter Total is blocked to 43, but all my attempt are registered.

For end all other OCTOPUS/PLUS SW open w/o problem, no request of update card, only this LG requiere forever Update card, but when finish of write correctament the fw in card SW never open.

SO, have uninstalled v.1.1.8 and installed the previous version 1.1.7 but the problem is forever the same, i cannot open LG SW, in the OCTOPUS/PLUS SHELL and SUITE SW i can see all Activaction and LG is there, please how solve this problem?, not want damage my card, here the LOG:

Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-connect box, reboot PC and run Software again. Try to connect box to another USB motherboard port.

Ok, now i've unistalled the Old LG v. 1.1.7 and reinstalled the LF v. 1.18, in the OCTOPUS/PLUS SHELL show how Activate, in OCTOPUS/PLUS SUITE 1.0.6 have Updatate other time the Card and show installed LG/SAMSUNG/SE, now i want unistall all Devices connected, and run whith you procedure, when post resultated,
