Hello.
Please try to repeat Read codes operation a few times and write us the result. Try to use another USB cable. Don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB cards, use motherboard USB ports only!

If the problem still will be the same - please contact us, we will look remotely via TEam Viewer where can be the problem and try to help You.
