i have the same problem too every time i open a tool i get update the card message even if i update the card it gives me the message agin and the card limit is 39/41 andd the card serial number is 000106Axxx pleas octoplus team check it for me and thnx for the good work

Hello.

When Software asks to update card, just try to re-connect Box and run Software again without re-updating. Also, try to connect Box to another PC USB Motherboard port, don't use USB hubs, this is important. Try to clean card contacts. Try to put card into another Box or external card reader. Now we have added more update attempts to your card.

P.S. Please never post card S/N here, just write us to PM.

But this problem wont appears on samsung module only (for me) in LG module.

I install the lg software in win7 and works fine, maybe there are a issue in win xp

hi thnx for the quick response i connect the bow directly to the Motherboard usb and the contacts of the box is clean and to open the tool i must disconnect and connect about a hundred times to open and some times i have to update the card to re-open but i didn't remove the card ill try that
