Octopus box card not found how to resolve ?


My octopus lg an samsung box not connect i have CARD NOT FOUND i install the new update the same probleme how to resolve this ? my box not work again .

Hello.

Please, run updater.exe (You can find this file in folder where Software are installed) and try to update card manually, after post here full Software log.

Hello.

Please install the latest Octoplus LG Software version (Software), disconnect all devices from PC, re-connect Octopus Box, re-boot PC, run "Updater.exe" from Software installation folder and try to update card manually, after post here full Software log.

Please remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert it into external card reader (or into another Box as reader) and try to update card. Write here the result.
