Please install the latest Octoplus LG Software version (Software), disconnect all devices from PC, re-connect Octopus Box, re-boot PC, run "Updater.exe" from Software installation folder and try to update card manually, after post here full Software log. |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,411 | Please remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert it into external card reader (or into another Box as reader) and try to update card. Write here the result. |
