Octopus box card not found problem


Hello, I have a problem with the box, when I start the software I get "card not found", I tried on several pc, downloaded the packages of samsung and lg and I still see that message. What I can do? Sorry for my english, I'm using google translate

Hello.

Please install the following card driver, restart PC, then check whether You can start the Software. card

I installed the driver you advised me but the same message still appears. I already cleaned the smart card, I verified that everything is well placed. Here is the system log:

There's no need to manually update the card.

Please try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection of the box. If problem will remain the same on different ports - remove the card from the box, connect it via external smart card reader (dongle) and try to run the Software again.
