Octopus box card not found Problem plz help

Hello.

Please, remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again, if problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card.

Most likely your card is damage by third party Software, please contact to your reseller to get new card.
