octopus box security error


hi
after run octopus it say security error!

driver installed
os windows 7 64bit
update card

Hello.

Please make sure that You have disabled firewall and antivirus. Install the latest Software version, disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try to run Software again.
If problem remains - try to use another, clean (with only necessary drivers and software installed) PC.

i did all you say now
there is a new problem i tried for update card and it say number of update has exceeded numbers of value after 24 hours same error
when ca i update the card?

still security error just tell me what driver exactly should i fix.
smart card reader?
usb serial converter?
usb serial port?

ok i did what you said now pc can't find smart card driver.
i downloaded box driver v5
