Octopus box card blocked 2times already! dont know how to thorough solution this problem?

In the normal use process presented this phenomenon! My several customers have the same phenomenon, but does not know any reason!very headache!

"the card is blocked.please,update your card." but update the card show"the number of updates has exceeded the maximum value! could not create secure connection!"

Please use "Cleaned" PC (some application in your PC "want" to damage your card) and re-update card again.

if You will not use cracked software, sniffers or any software which want to get access to card then all will work ok.

My box is blocked, you cant un-blocked all boxes? why you blocked our boxes? is a fast solution. i have some lg waiting... please i need the box working....
